The W.A.V.E. Program

W.A.V.E. (Women. Alive. Vulnerable. Empowered.) is a women-centered, whole-health model of support at R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health—powered by women, for women. W.A.V.E. warmly welcomes women and female-identifying individuals seeking connection, support, and meaningful conversation around women’s health and wellbeing.

W.A.V.E. is the home of our RN Coaching and Specialty Group Seminar offerings, creating a dedicated space for education, reflection, and authentic community. Here, women gather to explore topics that support the whole person—recognizing that mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing are deeply interconnected.

Our group seminars offer a face-to-face environment for women to come together, share experiences, and explore topics that often do not receive enough time, understanding, or permission in traditional settings. Through guided discussion, shared learning, and supportive dialogue, W.A.V.E. fosters a community where women feel seen, heard, and empowered.

We believe healing happens through:

  • Connection

  • Education

  • Community

W.A.V.E. exists to help women reconnect — to themselves, to one another, and to a deeper sense of purpose and strength. Vulnerability and empowerment are equally essential.

Outdated systems rooted in stigma and isolation no longer serve women’s health. Women are seeking something different -- something more honest, integrated, and connected. We are listening — and building that space.

Welcome to a new W.A.V.E.
